Lecithin Granules improve the texture and moisture of breads, cookies, and other baked goods. It also keeps them tender and lengthens their shelf life.

How to Use Lecithin Granules in Baking:
Add one tablespoon of granules per every pound of dough. Or, add 1 to 2 tablespoons for every 3 cups of flour. Mix Lecithin Granules in with the dry ingredients.

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 12 months.
