Hearty Vegetable Blend for Stew



A combination of mixed dried vegetables that can be used in soups, stews, and other dishes calling for cooked vegetables.

Directions:  Bring 2.5cups of water to a boil.  Add 1 cup of vegetable blend and simmer 2-3 minutes until tender.  Makes 2 cups of cooked vegetables for adding to stews.

Ingredients:  Potatoes, Peas, Onion, Carrots, Corn, Bell Peppers, Cabbage, Green Beans, Celery Flakes, Parsley.
