Buckwheat Flour, Organic from Champlain Valley Milling



Distinctively nutty and naturally without gluten (but milled in the same facility as wheat). Grown in Maine. This is the traditional flour for making French-Canadian ployes (pancakes, crepes). Buckwheat flour can also be used in place of wheat flour in quick breads like banana bread.
